This was an EVENT - so plan accordingly. The high altitude perspective on this place is it was a bit overwhelming for someone who had never ordered this style food before. Family-style-ish with so many options for vegetables, meats, sides, etc... very much a choose your own adventure and I think that's my biggest recommendation: if it sounds intriguing, try it! Even if it's tripe :) Major highlights for us were the shrimp dumplings, fried tofu, squid (the way it curls up in the soup is soooooo enticing LOL), mushrooms, udon noodles, and prime rib. Oh... and the peanut sauce is a MUST. Don't forget the desserts! See what I mean?! So much to think about and budget out for. Overall, for an all-you-can-eat style meal, this was fairly affordable. You are paying for the experience of cooking alongside friends/family and trying something unique - and some of what you might make will suck, but that is by no means the restaurants fault. Try it all - there's literally no penalty - which adds to the experience just that much more. Our waiter was super flexible on the whole "if you don't eat it, you'll pay extra for your leftovers" policy they say exists on the menu which I appreciated. She gave great recommendations and guidance as well. Super industrial-appearing interior that was MUCH LARGER than I expected - hard to manuever through all the carts and people whisking by but otherwise very sleep ambiance. Would definitely try again sometime!

Visited Columbus and wanted to try something we had never tried before. We loved it! There was no wait, the food came out super fast, and was worth the price for all you can eat. The server was awesome at explaining the bbq and hot pot, and she was so nice! You go in and the lights are dim with the exception of cool neon signs. It was very nice and comfortable. We got the BBQ and hot pot but you could choose either or, or both. We loved the BBQ but also loved the choice of having a broth to make ramen or cook meat in. There is an appetizer bar where you can get fruit, veggies, kids foods (french fries, nuggets, onion rings etc), and a sauce bar. Hubby vows to come back everytime we're here. Loved it!!

KPOT is one of my new favorite Korean restaurants in the area! It is the restaurant that I suggest to all my family and friends when they want to meet up for dinner! While pricing may seem high to some, I personally feel that the pricing is pretty reasonable as it is all you can eat! You get to pick all the meats, veggies, noodles, and sauces that YOU want! You can also ask for a side of rice if you want (I just found this out on my last visit). Typically when I go, I order both the Hot Pot and Korean BBQ (it's only $5 extra to do both). For the hot pot, the mushroom soup is my favorite base! For the Korean BBQ, the short ribs are my favorite! I also appreciate that they have some Korean Bonchon (side dishes) located at the front of the restaurant as well as a variety of sauces to dip you meats/veggies in. If you have not yet checked out, KPOT - I highly recommend that you grab some friends and go!

This place is great. So much food, so much good food. It's great if you go with a medium-large group of people because it can be on the pricier side. I think their brisket is maybe my favorite item. Everything is so well marinated as well. Great for large parties/groups, but be ready to pay!
